Founded in 1996, Tahoe is a large-scale group engaged in real estate, finance, culture, health, education, and other sectors. Its subsidiary, Tahoe Group Co. Ltd. (stock code: SZ000732) was listed in 2010. In January 2017, Tahoe began extending its presence in overseas markets.

Real estate is the core business of Tahoe. Tahoe Courtyard series, its boutique and high-end product line, have emerged rapidly in Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Suzhou, Hangzhou, Nanjing, Wuxi, Xiamen, Fuzhou, Foshan, Nanchang, Jinan, Hefei, and other major cities in China within the past few years. Its “23 Tahoe Courtyards in 15 cities” has attracted nationwide attention.

In education field, Tahoe plans to build education funds and education investment companies to establish global talent scholarships. These scholarships will introduce quality international educational opportunities with the aim of nurturing future talent and promoting globalized group-running schools and modern community education; fostering international communication, academic research and the promotion of a fair education and a balanced development.

For over 2 decades, Tahoe has been actively involved in charitable activities. In the field of education, Tahoe donated RMB 200 million to Tsinghua University in October 2016 to support the teaching, research and development of Tsinghua University Medical Management Institute. On 13th May 2017, Tahoe, with the vision to promote Chinese culture and traditions, donated RMB 300 million to Fuzhou No.1 High School to build a modern academy. On 20th May 2017, Tahoe set up the "Tongji University- Tahoe Medical Development Fund" in Tongji University with a grant of RMB 200 million to provide support for the school to nurture international medical talents.

As the strategic founding partner of KWM Academy, Tahoe will donate RMB 30 million to the KWM Foundation to take part in its construction and operation. This donation is part of Tahoe’s long-term commitment on corporate social responsibility. Tahoe aspires KWM Academy to be a future platform to cultivate more international legal talents, which would in turn promote the country’s rule of law and contribute to society.
