KWM Academy is an education platform initiated by KWM Foundation, and collectively supported by King & Wood Mallesons. The Academy is an extension of the internal training program of King & Wood Mallesons. KWM Academy incorporates the rich resources and practical experiences in the global legal industry and business sectors, together with their profound understanding on globalization, artificial intelligence (AI), and the future demands in society. In addition to the well-regarded educational institutions in China and abroad such as leading schools in areas of law, business and public administration, KWM Academy also cooperates closely with prominent corporations and financial institutions. As such, through innovative teaching approaches which enhance integrated qualities necessary to career-building, KWM Academy endeavours to cultivate cross-disciplinary talents who embrace present and future challenges in the world. The course design of KWM Academy is dedicated to solving real-world problems and utilizing its interdisciplinary knowledge in law, business, finance and administration in a pragmatic fashion. It seeks to construct an open, practical-minded and innovative learning environment to break the theoretical barrier between the disciplines of law and business and integrate their theories with practices.

From 2017 to 2019, KWM Academy, along with Peking University (PKU) Law School and King & Wood Mallesons (KWM) and KWM Foundation launched the PKU-KWM Global Legal and Business Executive Program (GLBE). GLBE creates a world-class, China-based platform dedicated to cultivating senior legal professionals and business executives.
