Legal Elite+ Program

The Young Legal Talent Development Program (hereinafter referred to as the “Program”) offered by the KWM Academy provides quality educational resources from leading law schools, business schools – from both at home and abroad – and is dedicated to cultivating young legal talent that: a) possess an international vision and openness to innovation; b) are pursuing fast career growth, while maintaining professional standards; and c) are committed to the fulfilment of personal societal responsibilities.

The Program is offered, primarily, to top LL.B graduates who are directly pursuing careers in the legal profession. In order to strengthen their core legal skills, broaden their personal experiences, and enhance their practical legal capabilities, the Program provides innovative educational offerings consisting of core legal skills development courses for the chosen participants. In addition, select participants will be offered internships with prominent domestic and foreign corporations, as well as further opportunities for overseas study and training. By integrating legal training, commercial training, financial training, and management training into a single program, participants should emerge from the Program and hard work with strong legal expertise, relevant practical experience, and the innovative leadership skills necessary to become the next generation of leaders of the legal community.

  1. Eligibility

    Each applicant must satisfy the following conditions:
    1. He/she shall have obtained a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a recognized domestic or foreign law school;
    2. He/she shall have graduated with excellent academic performance;
    3. He/she shall be fluent in a foreign language;
    4. He/she shall have excellent performance in his/her internship/work.

  2. Application Materials

    Each applicant shall submit the completed Application Form and the following application materials online:
    • Digitally-scanned copy of the Applicant’s Valid ID card;
    • Digitally-scanned copy of the Applicant’s Bachelor’s/Master’s degree certificate and diploma;
    • Applicant’s Transcript of academic records for his/her Bachelor’s/Master’s degree program;
    • Applicant’s English language proficiency test results;
    • Digitally-scanned copy of the Applicant’s Professional Qualification Certificate, if any;
    • A digital version of the Applicant’s 2-inch color photo; and
    • Other materials facilitating the Application.

  3. Application Procedure
